本实用新型公开一种湿法锡渣分离装置,包括熔炉和对熔炉加热的加热机构,以及使锡渣进入熔炉内液态焊锡内部的锡渣输送机构,其特征在于,所述锡渣输送机构包括锡渣推送杆和套在锡渣推送杆的送料桶,在该送料桶外设有搅拌桶,所述搅拌桶与熔炉之间形成锡渣分离通道,所述锡渣推送杆一端与搅拌电机传动连接,另一端位于熔炉内,锡渣分离时,至少有部分锡渣推送杆位于熔炉内液态焊锡表面以下。分离时,将锡渣推入熔炉内熔有液态锡内部,使锡渣能快速熔化,锡渣中部分氧化物密度小浮在表面,通过特定机构可以将锡渣从熔炉中分离。与现有技术相比,可以避免直接加热分离时需要使熔炉维持在较高的温度,锡渣分离成本,同时也可以提高锡渣分离的效率。
